the staff offered quick check-in. the room provided ample facilities. the free wifi was a real plus. its location allows for easy access to various attractions.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i had free hot drinks and croissants each morning. That was a nice touch. the room was clean, functional, and a good size.

perfect city stay
soft towel spacious shower comfortable bed fresh croissant
i found excellent, soft towels, a very spacious shower with good pressure, and a comfortable bed. the kitchen was well appointed with a large fridge and a good-sized bin with a strong liner. there was a plentiful supply of crockery, utensils, and pans. a dishwasher was a real bonus, and fabulous fresh croissants was every morning.
i found no free parking and i had to leave the car a fifteen minute walk away at around eleven pounds per night, even with a discount code.

fresh croissants were provided each morning, they enhanced my stay. complimentary hot drinks and iced water were available in the reception area, this was much appreciated after a day.

the ground floor provided different spaces where i could relax. i could read or work, this allowed me to do whatever i needed. a coffee and tea machine was available all day.

the room had a well-equipped mini kitchen area, it contained most things that were needed. the room was very clean. the bed was comfy.

the apartments are very close to the railway station making it easy to navigate. the city center is within walking distance, including the grainger market. everything was within easy walking distance.

smear marks alcohol residue
I had some issues . The cleanliness was definitely below par. I found several smear marks in the kitchen area. The walls also had what looked like alcohol residue all over them. I had to clean a bit myself to feel comfortable.
